Integrity Industrial are seeking an experiencedMaterials Logistics Officerto join a leading WA organisation.
This is an immediate-start opportunity based at the Bayswater facility, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Materials and Logistics function.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of stock movements and materials management.
The Role
Duties can include but are not limited to:
Receiving, storing and dispatching materials and equipment
Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
Coordinating deliveries and freight movements
Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control activities
Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment where required
Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding material requirements
Processing transactions within inventory management systems
Supporting warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
Undertaking other duties as directed
About You
Previous experience in a stores, warehouse,



logistics or inventory role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
Valuable communication skills and ability to liaise with various departments
Experience with inventory management systems
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be highly regarded
A positive attitude and willingness to assist where required
Requirements
Current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
Previous stores/warehouse experience
National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen if required
