Essential requirements: -
At least 2 years' experience in a busy medical reception role / hospital administration role.
Mandatory experience in Best Practice.
Knowledge of the medical billing system - Desired
Committed to Patient Care and satisfaction
Computer literate, Knowledge of current office packages
Duties and Responsibilities:
Can be available to work up to 20 Hrs per week.
Must have afternoon flexibility.
Taking of incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries including emails
Meet and greet to all patients in busy setting
Diary management and patient bookings
Booking of surgical procedures, liaising with various hospital departments as required
