Job details About Our Client Our client is a leading South Australian quarry operator supplying high-quality quarry products to the construction industry.
They are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering reliable products and services across the state.
An exciting prospect is now available for a Tipper Driver to join their team based at Montacute Quarry.
About The Role
This is a Monday to Friday position, with 12 hour days, working 6am - 6pm.
Occasional Saturday work also.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager and Weighbridge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of quarry products between the quarry and internal concrete plants while maintaining high safety and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plantsLoad and unload materials in accordance with site proceduresConduct pre-start inspections and complete required vehicle checksKeep truck and equipment clean, tidy and well maintainedFollow fatigue management requirements and safe work proceduresIdentify and report hazards or unsafe conditionsWork collaboratively with site personnel to ensure efficient operationsFull on-site training provided

Current Driver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction Card)Australian Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyStrong commitment to workplace safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable, self-motivated and professional attitudeAbility to work early morning starts and overtime when requiredPhysically fit and capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role
