About the Role
If you enjoy working with your hands and prefer learning on the job, this apprenticeship offers a practical way to build a long-term career in a trade.You'll be placed withLiquip Sales, a specialised company that builds, repairs, and maintains petrol tankers, trailers, and trucks.
No two days are the same, giving you exposure to a wide variety of work beyond a typical workshop setting.
Based at theirLargs Northsite, this4-year apprenticeshipwill see you working alongside experienced tradespeople, using industry equipment, and developing real-world skills from day one while completing your qualification.
If you're motivated, curious about how things work, and keen to earn while you learn, this is a strong prospect.
By the end, you'll be a qualifiedMaintenance Fitterwith valuable, in-demand skills.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting qualified tradespeople and maintaining a clean, organised workshop
MIG and TIG welding
Pressure testing equipment (hydrostatic and pneumatic)
Learning to operate a lathe, pedestal grinder, torque tools, and other equipment
Location:Largs North
Hours of Work:7.00am – 3.00pm, Monday - FridayWhat's in it for you?

About you:
Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
Year 10 completion minimum
