Join the Sarina Golf Club team as a Customer Service / Golf Club Attendant in this permanent part-time role.
You'll help create a welcoming experience for members and guests across day-to-day club operations.

This position supports customer service, bar and food service, event assistance, and general maintenance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Attributes & Requirements
Robust customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude
Computer literacy is essential for managing bookings and club systems
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean,



safe environment
Knowledge of Mi Club software is advantageous but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work a rotating roster
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service at the bar and throughout the club
Manage tee time and golf cart bookings efficiently using club systems
Assist with food preparation and service as required
Support club events to ensure smooth operations
Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold club standards
Work Schedule & Hours
Staff work rotating shifts.
On weekdays, shifts start at 7:00 AM.
On weekends, shifts start at 7:00AM and 12:30 PM.
Shifts are scheduled Monday through Sunday rotatiing between 3 staff.
Weekend Rotation - Each staff member gets one full weekend off every three weeks as part of the rotation.
Remuneration
Paid on an hourly basis, commensurate with experience and relevant awards.
