Position Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician- Electrical to join our team on a full time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Perform comprehensive maintenance on hire fleet assets.
Conduct scheduled servicing for optimal fleet performance.
Execute internal repairs, customer site installations/removals.
Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and costs.
Ensure fleet livery adheres to company policy and customer expectations.
Maintain adequate material and tool levels.
Maintain basic tooling and stock in service vehicle.
Quality and Customer Service: Deliver quality workmanship to enhance equipment reliability.
Ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and service.
Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers.
Provide technical support to the Sales Team.
Administrative and Operational: Carry out electrical repairs and checks per company policy.
Accurately complete required documentation (Prep for Hire/Delivery/Return/Service
Order FSL and Spartan Systems).
Manage work hours and complete tasks within deadlines, including potential overtime.

Salary If successful, you will be paid a base salary of approximately $100,000 per annum.
