Romeo's Retail Group is seeking motivated and hands-on Department Leaders to support our stores across metropolitan South Australia.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking proactive and reliable team members who:
Have previous experience in supermarket or retail environments
Have leadership or supervisory experience within a department or team
Can support store operations while leading by example on the shop floor
Have robust organisational and communication skills
Bring a positive, customer-focused, and solutions-driven attitude
Are physically fit and capable of hands-on tasks, including stock handling
Are flexible to work across varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily department operations
Deliver high standards of presentation, merchandising, and customer service
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Support training, coaching, and development of team members
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures




Work collaboratively with Store Managers and leadership teams to achieve store goals
