Prime Tipping Pty Ltd is seeking a skilledTruck and Posi Track Operatorto join our team on a subcontractor basis.
You do not need your own machinery for this role.
This is a subcontracting opportunity where you will operate vehicles from our fleet, providing essential transport and earthmoving services across our operations, on both residential and civil sites.
You will work on an ongoing casual basis whilst maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and efficiency.
This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive reliable and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate our Tandem Tipper and Posi Track safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations
Complete tasks including site cleans, bulk earthworks, and material transport to designated sites and locations as directed
Conduct daily pre-start safety checks and basic upkeep on company machinery
Adhere to load limits, weight regulations and protected driving practices at all times
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients and other team members regarding job requirements and progress
What we're looking for:
Current and valid Non Sync Heavy Rigid (HR) or Non Sync Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence (essential)
Proven experience operating trucks and/or Posi-Track equipment in a construction or civil works environment
Sound knowledge of vehicle operation, load securing and safe driving practices




Excellent safety awareness and a commitment to following all health and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and reliability
Sound knowledge of the Construction & Civil work Industry onsite OH&S; requirements.
Current White Card (essential)
Relevant machinery tickets is regarded, but not essential
Active ABN and valid Public Liability Insurance.
Reliable transport to get to our yard located near Bacchus Marsh
Flexibility to work on an ongoing casual subcontractor basis, with the opportunity to join our team on a full time basis for the right candidate
