About
Andrews is a privately owned developer-builder delivering residential, retail and commercial projects across the Gold Coast.
Through our in-house construction arm, A Construct, we control the entire delivery process from concept through to construction.
With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to lead the structural delivery of our multi-residential developments.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all structural works on site.
Working closely with project engineers, subcontractors and the wider site team, you will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This role will oversee the project through bulk excavation, basement construction, concrete structures and topping out before transitioning into the finishes program.
What You Will Be Doing
· Managing all structural trades and subcontractors
· Planning and coordinating daily structural activities
· Driving program and sequencing of works
· Monitoring quality, safety and productivity on site
· Coordinating concrete pours and structural milestones
· Working closely with engineers, surveyors and project delivery teams
· Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain program
· Maintaining a safe, organised and productive work environment
About You
· Previous experience as a Structural Foreman on multi-residential projects
· Experience delivering large-scale apartment developments
· Have an eye for detail
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage program
· Reliable with a stable employment history
· Committed to delivering quality workmanship and secure outcomes
· Construction White Card
· QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
