About the role
You'll be the go-to person connecting customers, technicians, and our workshop with the right parts, at the right time.
No two days look the same — one minute you're tracking down a part for a ute on a job deadline, the next you're helping a local sort out an accessory for their weekend fishing trip.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for makes, models, and variants
Processing orders, pricing, and invoicing accurately
Managing stock — receiving, cataloguing, and keeping inventory accurate
Building relationships with customers, suppliers,



and the workshop team, resolving parts-related inquiries and issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, including components and accessories for various makes and models
What you'll bring
Automotive parts experience (dealership experience highly regarded)
Certificate III in Automotive Sales, Parts Interpreting (or working towards it) — desirable, not essential
Robust communication skills and a genuine willingness to help
Good organisational skills and comfort with parts cataloguing and inventory systems
A team-first attitude and a sharp eye for detail
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
