Role Details
Permanent Position
Start date, Monday 3 August ****
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday each week – 8.00am to 4.00pm per day
44 weeks per year
The role requires some flexibility to work additional hours to support College enrolment tours.
The Opportunity
As our College continues to grow, the strategic use of enrolment and demographic data is becoming increasingly critical.
This role will enable a deeper understanding of enrolment trends, strengthen strategic planning, and support our ongoing ability to attract and retain students into the future.
The Enrolments & Community Connections Manager, in partnership with the Principal, manages and coordinates the College's enrolment function as a key strategic service area.
The role supports the enrolment outcomes and contributes to long term strategic planning, while maintaining responsibility for data integrity, compliance, and community connections.

Successful Applicant Qualifications and Training:
A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Administration or Business (or equivalent) comprising of two years of study is desirable and/or relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience in a comparable role.
Experience working in the Education sector is desirable.
Current Department of Human Services (DHS), Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN- EC) – both Masterclass and Fundamentals training prior to commencement, and
Current First Aid training (HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting).
