We are seeking an experiencedMaintenance Schedulerto coordinate maintenance personnel across multiple Campuses in Adelaide CBD & Metro area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where no two days are the same.

$35 - $40 per hour(negotiable based on experience)
Full-time hours -8-hour shifts between 7:30am and 4:30pm

About the Role
As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring maintenance operations run smoothly across multiple campuses.
You'll be responsible for coordinating trades and maintenance personnel, managing work priorities, and keeping stakeholders informed while ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance personnel across multiple campuses.
Allocate trades and maintenance staff to planned and reactive work orders.
Liaise with University stakeholders, supervisors, and technicians to prioritise maintenance requests.
Monitor daily schedules and adjust resources to meet changing operational requirements.
Ensure maintenance work is completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).




Maintain accurate scheduling records, work orders, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate employee rosters, shift coverage, and leave requirements.
Track job progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Verify employee licences, inductions, and compliance documentation prior to deployment.
Coordinate contractor access, permits, and site requirements.
Respond efficiently to urgent maintenance requests and emergency call-outs.
Promote a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and University procedures.
Build strong working relationships with client representatives and maintenance teams.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workforce utilisation.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of maintenance personnel as workforce demands increase.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or maintenance coordination.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience using scheduling or maintenance management systems (desirable).
A commitment to safety and delivering outstanding customer service.
