Where Commercial Meets Construction
As a Contract Administrator, you'll take ownership of the financial and contractual backbone of a high rise CBD project, working onsite with the project team and playing a genuine part in delivering a landmark build, something you can point to and say "I helped build that."

Your Contribution
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Accurate job forecasting and cash management.
Administering the Head Contract, manage claims, variations, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Maintain a positive supplier and stakeholder relationship to enable the resolution of disputes as they arise.
Provide accurate reports and assist the Project Manager with financial reporting and analysis.
Actively manage the projects' risk and opportunity portfolios.
Administration and management of subcontracts, supply agreements, purchase orders and general invoicing.
Track and manage Defect Liability Period obligations, supporting subcontractor defect close-out and contractual compliance.
About You
You bring commercial acumen and contract administration experience within construction, with a working understanding of financial and contractual processes in complex environments.
Your background may include working on large-scale commercial builds from either a contractor or on the client-side.
Additionally, you have:
A strong understanding of budgeting, cost control,
forecasting and financial analysis.
Contract management experience, including interpreting terms and managing risk.
Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contract documents, invoices, and forecasts.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
