We are a a locally owned and growing roofing company based on the Sunshine Coast.
We specialise in roof maintenance, repairs, make-safes, inspections and metal roof replacements across residential and commercial projects.
As our workload continues to grow, we're looking to add recent members to our team.
Roofing Technician
Our Roofing Technician division focuses on diagnostics, maintenance and repairs rather than large installations.
This role is ideal for an experienced roofer looking to step away from the demands of large re-roof projects while staying hands-on in the industry.
Instead of spending every day on major installations, you'll use your experience to carry out roof inspections, prepare reports, diagnose leaks, complete maintenance and undertake minor repairs.
It's a varied role where you'll work independently across a range of roofing projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Roof inspections and condition reports
Leak detection and fault finding
Roof maintenance
Storm damage make-safes
Minor roofing repairs
What we're looking for:
Roofing experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Current driver's licence
Professional presentation and good communication
Roofing Labourer
We're looking for a motivated labourer to support our roofing crews.
Previous roofing experience is an advantage but isn't essential.
If you've got a strong work ethic and are keen to learn,
we'll provide the opportunity to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting roofers on site
Loading and unloading materials
Preparing work areas
Using hand and power tools
General labouring and site clean-up
You'll need:
Strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Working at heights card (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence
Experienced Roofer
We're looking for an experienced metal roofer to join our installation crew.
You'll be working on re-roofs, roof replacements, flashings, gutters and general roofing projects, with the opportunity to help build and lead a second crew as the business grows.
Your responsibilities will include:
Metal roof replacements
Flashings, gutters and downpipes
Roof repairs and maintenance
Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship
What we're looking for:
Experience in metal roofing or roof plumbing
Ability to work independently and within a team
Current driver's licence
Pride in your workmanship and reliability
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Working at heights card (or willingness to obtain)
