About the role
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and ambitious New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Mahindra.
The Mahindra sales team is currently preparing for the all-new Mahindra Electric Vehicles arriving this year.
Our people are integral to our combined success, and we seek an exceptional person who is both passionate and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in:
Vehicle Sales – Proven track record
Delivering to sales targets
Customer Satisfaction
OR
A background in customer facing roles, i.e. Hospitality, Retail etc.
Proven ability to listen and understand customers' needs
Previous demonstratable experience in customer facing roles is advantageous for those without previous vehicle sales experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Gain business from new and existing customers
Ensure that you provide exceptional end to end customer service
Maintain a high level of knowledge about vehicles and products you represent
Understand the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes
Form long term business partnerships to leverage future transactions/ purchases
Identify and exceed our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service




Facilitate vehicle purchase experience for new and existing customers
To be successful in this position you will need to possess

Current Drivers License
Pentana - Dealer Management System experience will be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided
