Due to continued growth, we have a rare opportunity for a skilled Plant Equipment / Forklift Mechanic to join our team based in Welshpool WA, working within our workshop operations.
About The Role
This position will focus on repairs, diagnostics and quoting, ensuring machinery is workshop-ready and delivered to a high standard.You will work closely with the Sales Representative and Yard Coordinators to ensure equipment is prepared efficiently and delivered on time.This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:06pm (38-hour week).
What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnosing and repairing plant and forklift equipmentCompleting mechanical inspections and condition reportsPreparing repair quotes and recommending required worksPerforming servicing and preventative maintenanceWorking collaboratively with sales and yard teamsMaintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

About You
Mechanical Trade CertificateExperience servicing plant equipment, forklifts or automotive vehiclesStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsExperience preparing repair quotes (highly regarded)Current Australian driver's licencePhysically capable of manual handling tasksCommitment to secure work practicesAbility to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screeningFull working rights in Australia
