About the role.This isn't a desk job.
You'll spend your day moving around the hotel, supporting the team, solving problems before they become problems and making sure every customer leaves having enjoyed themselves.
One minute you'll be helping a bartender.
The next you'll be chatting with a regular.
Then you'll be organising a function, assisting with service,



coaching staff or simply making sure everything is running exactly as it should.
No two days are ever the same.
