We are hiring a Head Chef to lead one of our flagship Italian venues in Shellharbour.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the full kitchen operation, leading a team, driving food quality, and maintaining strong cost control.
This role suits a chef who enjoys both creativity and structure, and who can deliver consistently in a high-volume workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, training, and developing the kitchen team
Managing service to ensure quality and consistency
Menu input and seasonal updates aligned with our Italian concept
Stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Managing food cost, wage targets, and kitchen KPIs
Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens




Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen systems
Passion for Italian cuisine (traditional or modern)
Reliable, organised, and hands-on
