The Role
As a Junior IT Field Technician, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, building your technical skills while providing hands-on support across a range of client environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their IT career who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop broad technical experience.
You Will
Prepare and configure computers, laptops and IT equipment in our workshopInstall computers, printers and networking equipment at client sitesAssist with hardware deployments,



upgrades and office relocationsTroubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issuesLearn from experienced engineers while developing your technical skillsDeliver friendly, professional customer serviceMaintain accurate documentation and job notesFollow IT and security best practices across all installations
About You
This role is ideal for a recent TAFE graduate or someone looking to break into the IT industry.
You'll Bring
Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or similar)A basic understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and networking fundamentalsA genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamExcellent organisation and attention to detailA current Australian driver's licence (essential)
