As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead their Central region and drive the next chapter of their success.TheRegional Manager - Centralhas the following key responsibilities:
Sales
Lead, coach and develop the Business Development Managers
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales performance against budgets and KPIs
Identify new market opportunities and strategic customers
Review pipelines, forecasts and sales activities
Ensure customer relationships are maintained at the highest level
Work collaboratively with internal departments to maximise customer satisfaction
Maintain and active personal sales portfolio by:




Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Managing key customer relationships
Preparing quotations and proposals
Achieving individual sales targets
Representing the company at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
Workshop
Ensure workshop productivity meets operational targets
Monitor workshop profitability and utilization
Review labour efficiency and job performance
Ensure work is scheduled effectively and work delivered on time
Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
People Management
Lead by example and promote company values
Develop a high performing team culture
Conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports
Identify training needs
Support recruitment and people planning
Foster strong communication across departments
Financial Management
Deliver regional revenue and profit targets
Mange budgets and expenditure
Monitor sales margins
Identify opportunities to improve profitability
Ensure customer decisions align with company objectives
Health and Safety
Promote a robust safety culture
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
