At Indie Boho, we design premium pet lifestyle products that combine beautiful design with everyday practicality.
From dog beds and blankets to travel accessories and car booster seats, our products can be found in thousands of homes across Australia.
We're a small, collaborative team based in Warana on the Sunshine Coast and we're looking for an energetic, creative and ideas-driven Content Creator to help further grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok while creating high-performing creative for our Meta advertising.
We want someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media.
Someone who understands that great content isn't just beautiful, it performs.
Someone who cares why an ad converts, enjoys testing new ideas and is constantly learning, improving and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Because we're a small business, you'll have genuine creative ownership.
If you have a great idea, we'll test it.
If it works, we'll do more of it.
You'll work closely with the founder and your ideas will directly influence the growth of the brand.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same but your role will include:
Creating engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Filming and editing high volumes of Reels and performance-focused video ads each week.
Confidently appearing on camera to demonstrate products and create authentic UGC-style content.
If you are shy about being in front of the camera, this role is not for you.
Brainstorming creative concepts, hooks and campaigns.
Creating visual assets in Canva for Meta ads, social media posts, stories, email marketing and other campaigns.
Writing engaging captions and marketing copy that align with the Indie Boho brand.
Developing fresh creative concepts designed to improve ROAS, lower CPA and drive conversions.
Reviewing ad performance and using those insights to create stronger creative.




Coordinating content with influencers and UGC creators.
Assisting with Shopify website updates, including product pages, collections, homepage sections and content updates.
Planning and organising regular content shoots to ensure a constant pipeline of fresh content.
Keeping our content library organised and easy to access.
Staying across new social media trends, platform updates, formats and emerging content styles.
A Small Business Means We All Pitch In
While content creation will be your primary focus, we're a small team of four and everyone contributes wherever needed.
You'll spend a small portion of each day in our warehouse checking customer orders and handwriting thank-you cards.
We also all play a part in customer service, so if a customer walks in, we're happy to assist them or cover emails when team members are away from their desk.
When recent stock arrives or we're in the middle of a busy sale period, everyone helps unload deliveries, prepare products and support the warehouse.
We genuinely enjoy working as a team and are looking for someone who embraces that same attitude.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Lives and breathes social media and genuinely enjoys creating content.
Is constantly saving trends, analysing successful content and looking for inspiration.
Has an exceptional eye for detail, branding, design, aesthetics and storytelling.
Understands how to create content that converts, not just content that looks good.
Is confident filming and editing professional-quality content using an iPhone.
Has advanced Canva skills and understands visual hierarchy, typography and designing within an established brand.
Has experience using Shopify.
Is technically confident and enjoys learning new apps and systems.




Is comfortable and natural in front of the camera to demonstrate products.
Brings fresh ideas and isn't afraid to experiment.
Can take feedback positively and enjoys testing, learning and improving.
Is happy to roll up their sleeves and help other team members wherever needed.
Takes genuine pride in their work and approaches the business with an ownership mindset.
Brings a positive attitude, takes initiative and can confidently prioritise a constantly evolving to-do list.
Experience
Ideally you'll have:
Around 2 years experience creating content for a brand, agency, charity or your own business, specifically engaging short-form video content.
Strong editing skills using CapCut or similar editing software.
A genuine interest in performance marketing and an understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.
Confidence appearing on camera.
Experience working within an eCommerce business, particularly one using Shopify will be highly regarded.
