Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Manager to join our South Australian team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with experience in the lubricant, manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial sectors to represent a trusted brand and drive sales success across Adelaide Metro and West Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow commercial, industrial, and automotive sales channels
Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support, fostering long-term client relationships
Prepare and assist with tender submissions and proposals
Represent the company professionally during client visits and site meetings
Undertake occasional regional travel
Developing and executing a territory growth strategy.
Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.
Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Build an active sales pipeline and providing regular activity reporting.
Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Working independently while collaborating closely with the national sales team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven success in business development and new account acquisition.
Experience managing a customer base or territory.
Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for winning new business.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High levels of initiative, resilience, and self-motivation.
The ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic territory.
