We are looking for an experienced and passionateCentre Managerto lead our Maddingley team and continue building a strong, positive and high-quality service.

About the role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the centre.
You will work closely with your team to ensure high-quality practice, solid occupancy, compliance, child safety and positive family engagement.
You will lead by example, support your educators, and create a centre setting where children, families and team members feel valued, supported and connected.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support the centre team to deliver high-quality education and care
Embed child safety, compliance and best practice across the service
Build strong relationships with families, children and the local community
Support team performance, development, mentoring and accountability
Maintain strong operational standards, including occupancy, rostering and centre presentation
Ensure the service is meeting regulatory, policy and quality requirements
Foster a positive, professional and supportive team culture
About you
We are looking for someone who is confident, warm and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.
You will have strong leadership skills, sound industry knowledge and the ability to support a team to succeed.
To be successful, you will have:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, 2IC or strong leadership role
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, mandatory reporting and the Reportable Conduct Scheme
Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting high-quality outcomes
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
