Now, we're looking for a skilled professional to help lead our workshop operations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and hands-onOperations Managerto run the daily operations of our studio.
This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an elite detailer looking to step up, or an experienced manager with a deep automotive background.
You will balance workshop leadership, quality control, and client relations with a willingness to get on the tools when required.

Key Responsibilities
Studio & Workshop Management:Oversee day-to-day studio workflow, ensuring the facility is professionally presented, organized, and operationally ready each day.
Hands-on Detailing & Prep:Perform high-end vehicle detailing, paint correction, and the stripping/re-fitting of vehicle components for protection applications.
Quality Control:Supervise all detailing services and maintain strict quality control standards before vehicles are handed over to clients.
Customer & Administration:Greet clients, provide accurate quoting,



and work closely with administrative staff to ensure seamless scheduling and workflow.
Process Optimization:Continuously analyse and improve workshop processes for maximum efficiency without compromising quality.
Safety & Compliance:Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.
Skills & Experience
Automotive Expertise:A strong, proven background in professional automotive detailing or automotive services is highly advantageous.
Leadership Capability:Prior experience in operations management, workshop management, or a similar leadership role is preferred.
Technical Skills:Ability to confidently strip and re-fit vehicle panels/trim.
Experience withXeroor similar management software is a plus.
Professional Etiquette:Exceptional customer service, mature interpersonal skills, and a high level of personal excellence.
Operational Discipline:Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to remain calm and multi-task under pressure.
Automotive Passion:A genuine passion for cars, motorcycles, 4WDs, or boats.
