About the role
Our busy Medical Centre is open Weekdays from 7am to 6 pm and 8am to 1 pm Weekends and Public Holidays.
We are looking for a hard working, friendly Receptionist to join our Team in Deeragun on a part-time basis.
This role is crucial to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
Candidates must be available to work all shifts at the above opening hours.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming attitude upon their arrival
Handling enquiries, booking appointments, and managing patient records
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Adhering to all relevant practice policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or medical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the clinical team
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in using computer systems and software,



including medical practice management systems
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
Must have Australian work rights or permanent residency status to be eligible for this position
