Wildflower Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced beauty/dermal therapist with leadership experience to step into a key role within our growing clinic.

About the role
As Clinic Manager, you'll play an important role in leading our team, supporting daily clinic operations, and helping drive an exceptional client and team experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Team leadership and development
Rostering and operational support
Supporting team members with KPIs and performance goals
Maintaining high standards of client care
Helping implement strategies that support clinic growth
Supporting systems, processes and day-to-day efficiency
Formal beauty or dermal qualifications
Proven management / leadership experience
Advanced computer skills + confidence with social media
Bonus if you have
Experience in a high-performing clinic workplace
Sales and KPI management experience
