With a solid focus on safety, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team in Port Kembla and looking for skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join us.
About the Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of heavy vehicles, including trucks, trailers.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a busy workshop and enjoys solving mechanical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
Conduct engine, transmission, brake and suspension repairs
Complete work repair orders and documentation accurately
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards




Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Essential)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with trucks and trailers
A senior 'mentor' for a young vibrant team, will bring financial rewards
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Maintain strong compliance with WHS policies and procedures
Current driver's licence (HR or higher desirable)
Reliable, self-motivated and committed to quality workmanship
