About the role
We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a well established branch.
You may come from an Ag or truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.
You will be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with customers
Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary
financial performance of your department
Ideally you will also have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience in leading and managing a team
Whilst not essential,



previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position.
Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy base salary of around $110,000 (negotiable) plus incentive scheme will be offered to the successful candidate, along with a company car, laptop and phone.
