Anytime Fitness Kingston is looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our sales team.
Our sales position will support our staff with the day to day running of the club including sales, social media, admin and keeping the club clean for our incredible members.
This is a casual role with approx 30hrs per week.

Anytime Fitness is the brand leader and largest 24 hour Fitness Franchise with more than **** clubs worldwide.
Our Australian business has opened 570+ clubs with further franchises set to open.
Absolute MUST skills to be successful in this role:
Experience in sales essential to role
100% commitment towards providing OUTSTANDING customer service!
Be highly skilled at using Facebook + Instagram to drive the clubs exposure!
Demonstrate true leadership and be trusted/driven to work under limited supervision.
Genuine desire to take full ownership of the clubs operations.
Outstanding people skills to be able to generate leads during outreach
Committed to following process and procedures, with a high attention to detail
Be available to work Monday - Saturday.
Saturday shift essential.
Key responsibilities will include:




Supporting the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
Retain members, renew members and re motivate non users
Meet and greet potential and existing members
Create a vibrant and fun club culture
Promote the club brand and image within the local community
Other key requirements to be successful for this role:
Previous sales experience essential
Sharp computer/admin skills
Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
Show valuable business sense and have an awareness and understanding of what it takes to run a successful operation
A passion for health and wellbeing
Be target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude
Be well presented and professional
Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of attention to detail
Friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
