?️ The Role: Administration Support
You'll be at the heart of our admin operations, providing vital support to our team,



clients and insureds across Western Australia.
This is afast-paced, detail-drivenrole that requires initiative, time management, and great communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lodging and triaging new claims in line with client KPIs
Arranging urgent make-safe repairs when required
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job records in our internal systems
Assisting all teams in progressing repairs from start to finish
Managing incoming phone enquiries and providing updates to clients
Coordinating documentation, contractor communication and invoicing
✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experiencedesired (Insurance/Building experience a bonus)
Aconfident communicatorwith strong time management skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
