About the Role:
We are looking for aCustomer Services Consultantto join our Training and Equipment department on aPermanent Full Time 37.5hrsbased inBelmont.
Customer Service Consultants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients by addressing all their first aid needs promptly and professionally.
They are also responsible for ensuring sales and student enrolments are growing and maximised to achieve and exceed the business performance targets.
What You'll Do:
Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers' needs are met
Help students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion
Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale
Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments
Ensure all RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses is met

What You'll Need:
Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
with a professional telephone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Professional attitude with an outstanding work ethic
