The Role
Educators should prioritise high-quality teaching and student wellbeing, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and the use of the "Teaching for Impact" resource.
Experience implementing daily reviews within Literacy and Numeracy Blocks is highly desirable.
Suitable applicants will be highly motivated, reflective practitioners with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
They will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and maintain a robust commitment to professional excellence, high expectations, and the belief that all students can achieve success.
We are seeking teachers who deliver high-quality learning programs and use evidence-based teaching practices to achieve strong student outcomes.

Bicton PS implements Literacy and Numeracy Blocks incorporating engagement norms and daily reviews, Ochre Mathematics, Seven Steps to Writing, Promoting Literacy Development (PLD) Synthetic Phonics, Positive Behaviour Schools (PBS), and Zones of Regulation.
Familiarity with these programs and approaches is preferred but not essential.
