About the Role
We are looking for an Electrician for our client who is leading a meat processing and food production business in Cooma, NSW.
Permanent Full-time position based in Cooma, NSW
Monday to Friday rotating roster: Morning and Afternoon Shift
Pay rate: $***** per hour
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns
Perform fault finding, diagnostics and repairs to minimise downtime
Carry out preventative maintenance activities across plant equipment and systems
Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately and on time
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong safety focus
About You
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills within an industrial environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team; with strong commitment to workplace safety
Experience within a food processing, manufacturing or production environment highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and willingness to mentor an apprentice
