About the Role
This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to build a career in new home sales.
You'll begin by supporting our experienced sales team with administration, client coordination and day-to-day operations, while gaining valuable knowledge of the building industry.
As your skills and confidence develop, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and training with the opportunity to transition into a Sales Consultant role.
This is a fast-paced position that offers genuine long-term career progression within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the sales team with client enquiries and appointment coordination
Supporting the preparation of estimates, documentation and client selections




Providing general administrative support across the office
Assisting with document management, printing and presentation materials
Learning about residential construction processes, products, materials and finishes
Helping deliver a seamless and professional client experience from first enquiry through to handover
Building the knowledge and skills required to progress into a Sales Consultant role

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Previous experience in administration, customer service, real estate or sales
An interest in residential design, property or construction
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
