We are a growing steel reinforcement manufacturer located on the Central Coast looking for an Off Coil Machine Operator or Trainee Machine Operator to join our production team.
If you have CNC machine experience and a great attitude, we'll provide the industry-specific training to help you become an expert in reinforcing steel processing.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for operating our off coil machinery to manufacture reinforcing steel products to customer specifications.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Operating and setting up off coil processing machinery.
Producing reinforcing steel products accurately and efficiently.
Monitoring product quality and carrying out quality inspections.
Adjusting machine settings to maintain productivity and accuracy.




Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
What We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
✔ Previous CNC machine operating experience (essential)
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
✔ A strong focus on safety and quality
✔ A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in the steel reinforcement or steel processing industry.
Forklift license.
Overhead crane experience.
Experience operating automated production machinery
