We are searching for an enthusiastic A-Grade sparky to join our crew and hopefully this can be you!!
With new and exciting projects on the go and upcoming, we are looking forward to adding a key team member to help take on some upcoming projects and manage our ongoing service work for our long-standing clients.
We place a strong focus on hiring positive people who make our workplace a better place for everyone and who have a laugh while getting it done onsite.
With a great young team of guys (besides the director who maybe isn't as young as he thinks he is anymore - grey beard incoming), we like to think we are an extremely collaborative and supportive place to work where problems are solved together, there are no big egos to deal with and where everyone's opinions or ideas for a job are discussed and implemented if it's a better way of doing things.
We are strong believers that our trade is so diverse that every day is a learning curve, and we all come across jobs in the trade which we may not have seen before.
With that in mind we tackle every job together and focus on delivering every job to our high level of quality which we are known for whilst being professional and extremely easy to work with (which we are also known for and very proud of)

So, what's the work?
We have a very diverse but quite targeted client base which keeps our weeks very interesting and ever-changing week to week which we love.
One week its some new high-end home builds, the next some commercial maintenance or commercial project work and then it might flip to upgrade works for our commercial farming sites or installation work for sporting clubs and councils.
Our team is exposed to a great variety of work and some pretty unique work sites which translates into a wide range of skills and interesting weeks.
Who fits the mould?
Most importantly, we are looking for somebody who is:
A great person
Enthusiastic and easy to get along with
Has great energy onsite and enjoys collaborating with others
Is proud of their work
Wants to grow as an electrician, a leader and as a person
Wants great variety in their weeks
Enjoys teaching up and coming sparkies to be the best version they can be
Has well rounded experience as an electrician in Australia
Preferred, but not essential- someone who has experience managing/completing Residential and Commercial project work to a high standard.
