The Role: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)
You'll deliversafe, high-quality, person‐centred clinical carewhile leading and supporting the care team.
This is a role where yourclinical judgement,communication skills, andleadershipgenuinely shape resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Provide holistic, person‐centred nursing care
Lead and mentor care staff
Ensure safe + compliant medication management
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues
Uphold clinical governance + continuous improvement
Maintain career development + AHPRA standards
About You
You don't need decades of aged care experience — you needclinical confidence,compassion, and aleadership mindset.
You bring:
CurrentAHPRA RN registration(DIV 1)




Experience with older adults (advantage)
Strong clinical leadership + teamwork skills
Excellent communication
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
