We are seeking applications from qualified and experienced trades people to join our team at our Katoomba Field Service Centre.
Your trade qualification can be either a Distribution Powerline Worker or Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
Distribution Powerline Worker
Base Salary $83,300 to $94,100 (avg 36 hours per week, 9 day fortnight), + 17% super + allowances and additional benefits.
Total typical earnings $140,542 to $152,515 per annum (This is an estimate based on most common amounts paid last year, and not a guarantee of future earnings)
Electrical Fitter Mechanic
Base Salary $83,700 to $94,600 (avg 36 hours per week, 9 day fortnight), + 17% super + allowances and additional benefits.
Total typical earnings $149,751 to $160,782 per annum (This is an estimate based on most common amounts paid last year, and not a guarantee of future earnings)

About The Role
Working as part of a small crew, you will be involved in:
all facets of underground, overhead and substation construction and maintenance activities as well as emergency restoration work.after-hours fault & emergency response work when required.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Trade qualification as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic or Distribution Powerline WorkerSound knowledge of construction and maintenance practices for the underground and overhead distribution networkExperience in installation, repair and maintenance of both overhead and underground assetsDemonstrated ability to work as part of a teamPersonal commitment to working safely and good knowledge of OH&S; policies and procedures covering field operationsCurrent HR driver's licenceCustomer-centric approach
