We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Support Officer to support our finance team and help ensure the smooth operation of both finance and commission functions within the real estate environment.
This role involves stepping into priority tasks and managing a broad range of financial and administrative processes.
This is a full-time position based primarily at our Eastwood office, ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety and is eager to contribute to ongoing transformation and process improvement initiatives.
The Role
As Our Finance Support Officer, You Will
Support the day-to-day operation of finance and commission functions within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Manage a variety of financial administration tasks including commission processing, receipting, reconciliations, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance processes.Assist with settlements, onboarding administration, commission statements, and internal stakeholder enquiries.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives while providing adaptable support during peak workload periods.
