Our client in Welshpool is on the lookout for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their team ASAP.
If you've got solid supervisory experience and a background in fabrication - especially with earthmoving equipment - this could be for you.

About the role:As the Fabrication Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop, covering fabrication, profiling, and painting activities.
Your role will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of tradespeople and apprentices
Ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards
Managing workflow, quality assurance, and resource planning




Building strong client and supplier relationships
Identifying and implementing process improvements in line with lean principles
$60ph + penalties (paid weekly)
What you'll need to succeed:Trade qualification: Certificate III Engineering - Fabrication (or equivalent)
Proven supervisory experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills
High attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability
Forklift ticket
Driver's Licence
Solid computer skills for planning, reporting, and communications
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
