Take ownership of our warehouse.
DCE Electrical and Leopard Controls are seeking a motivated and organisedWarehouse & Inventory Controllerto take ownership of our Belmont warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurate, materials are available for projects, and the warehouse remains clean, organised and operating efficiently.
Working closely with our Inventory and Project Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting projects across Western Australia while enjoying a secure, Monday to Friday position with no regular site work.

About the Role
Based full-time at our Belmont office and warehouse, you will take ownership of all warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, allocated and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This is an autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, takes pride in maintaining high standards and thrives on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing warehouse activities.
Receive, inspect and receipt deliveries.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
Allocate incoming deliveries to the correct project and inventory locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records within MYOB Acumatica.
Order and replenish warehouse inventory.
Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
Liaise with Inventory Managers regarding purchasing, receipting and stock transfers.




Work closely with Project Managers to ensure materials are available when required.
Meet customers collecting materials and process stock transfers and sales.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
You are someone who enjoys taking ownership and running an organised warehouse.
You take pride in accuracy, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with people across different departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
Essential
Previous warehouse and inventory experience.
Current Forklift License.
Strong computer skills and confidence using ERP or inventory management systems.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Current Australian Driver's License.
Desirable
Experience using MYOB Acumatica (or similar ERP systems).
Experience within the electrical, construction or industrial sectors.
Inventory control and stock management experience.
Continuous improvement mindset.
