Desirable Skills & Experience
Partner with managers and leaders to provide HR advice and support
Manage employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances, investigations)
Support workforce planning and organisational changes
Coach leaders on people management and team issues
Assist with recruitment, talent management and succession planning
Monitor employee performance and development needs
Review HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, headcount)
Support change management initiatives and restructures
Ensure compliance with Australian workplace laws, policies and procedures
Liaise with HR specialist teams such as recruitment, payroll and learning and development
Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance,



and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries).
