WorkCon is looking for a motivatedArea Managerwho enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making things happen in a fast-paced labour hire and construction environment.
This is not a desk-only role.
You will be out visiting sites, speaking with clients, supporting field workers and helping ensure every job is properly staffed and running smoothly.
You will gain hands-on experience across operations, workforce management, customer service and business development.
What you'll be doing
Build strong relationships with clients, site managers and field workers.
Visit sites and understand each client's workforce requirements.
Coordinate with Allocators to ensure jobs are filled on time.
Respond quickly to client concerns and operational changes.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop recent business.
Support worker performance, safety and compliance.
Manage timesheets, attendance, site documentation and operational reporting.
Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster.
