Due to a reshuffle within our departments, we require a successful candidate to coordinate all aspects of project preparation, planning and execution as directed by the Project Manager.
Ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget and on time as per the client requirements.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Comply with all relevant QHSE policies & procedures including but not limited to Project Management, Installation Control, Contractor Evaluation and Management, Purchasing Goods Receipt and Supplier Assessment, Working Alone, QHSE Consultation and Communication procedures.
Attend Handover meetings as requested by the Project Manager
As directed by the Project Manager, liaise with QHSE, Production and Administration as required to complete all pre-mobilisation and ongoing administrative tasks associated with the project.
Schedule all works and communicates with relevant personnel to ensure resources are available to meet the required plan.
Maintain an accurate schedule at all times.
Coordination of all required plant / equipment / personnel with assistance from the Operations Supervisor where needed.
Submit all required documentation to the client in the format required for the project (portals included)
Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
As the primary contact for client liaison, maintain positive communication with the client throughout the project.
Escalate any client issues to the Project Manager.
Operate in line with KFW procedures and maintain applicable records.
Assist the Operations Supervisor with day-to-day tasks as required.
On project completion, ensure all required documentation is up to date, complete and correctly filed.
Your profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
Experience and knowledge within the commercial security fencing industry is not essential to be considered for this role but will be looked upon favourably.
Highly desirable attributes include;
Ability to interpret drawings/written specifications.
SimPRO Experience
High level of computer, written and verbal skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible work hours
A strong technical understanding of our services is highly desirable.
