Food preparation and kitchen organisation
Maintaining food safety & hygiene standards
Managing kitchen stock and daily prep
Working efficiently during busy service hours
Requirements:Previous café or commercial kitchen experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and time management skills
Knowledge of brunch menu & café style cooking preferred
