Key Responsibilities
Heavy Grinding:A significant portion of this role involves high-volume grinding, smoothing, and prepping steel products.
Assisting qualified tradespeople with fabrication and manufacturing tasks.
Operating hand and power tools safely.
General workshop maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
What We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Full Australian Work Rights:You must have permanent residency or citizenship.
(Please note:No sponsorship or visa holders will be consideredfor this position).




Comfortable with high-volume, repetitivegrinding workand heavy physical labor.
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including adrug and alcohol screen.
A valid Construction White Card (preferred).
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable transport to get to Naval Base for early shifts.
