We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Parts Interpreter to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical knowledge of parts, and is committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Devonport branch to provide exceptional service to our customers.
If you are a resourceful and driven individual with a passion for the Road transportation and or Heavy Equipment industry we want to hear from you.
While having previous experience in the Heavy Equipment and Road Transport industry is highly desirable, we are also looking for people that are highly motivated and have a strong desire to learn something new.
What you'll be responsible for:
Interpreting and processing parts orders from customers and internal teams.




Liaising with suppliers to source and procure required parts in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Collaborating with the wider service team to ensure parts are available when needed.
What we're looking for:
Passion for customer service and the road transport or heavy equipment industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
An understanding of ordering and inventory management systems.
A current Forklift licence is highly desirable.
Experience as a Parts Interpreter or having a mechanical background within the heavy equipment industry is highly desirable.
