We are seeking an experienced and motivatedQuarry Supervisor / Crusher Plant Supervisorto manage ourBacchus Marsh Quarry/ Recycling Plant.
This is ahands-on rolesuited to someone who can lead site operations while managing day-to-day administration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily quarry and crusher plant operations
Supervise and manage site staff, productivity, and performance
Operate and oversee the safe operation ofloaders, excavators, and other mobile plant equipment
Carry out quarry extraction, stockpile management, loading, and material handling activities
Ensure production meets budget targets and operational requirements
Maintain and enforce OH&S; and environmental procedures
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety inspections
Monitor plant performance, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements
Liaise with management, contractors, and maintenance teams
Complete site administration, including:
Production reports and daily logs




Timesheets and labour records
Maintenance and fault reporting
Incident and hazard reporting
Dockets supplied to customers
Purchase orders
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in quarry operations, hands-on experience essential
Experience supervising crusher plant operations
Demonstrated experience operating loaders and excavators in a quarry or similar heavy industry environment
Relevant loader and excavator tickets/licences highly regarded
Strong understanding of OH&S; procedures and compliance
Competent computer skills and experience with site reporting
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work autonomously
Hands-on, reliable, honest, and efficient
Strong communication and leadership skills
