There is now a newly created role for a Graduate Landscape Architect to work in a 12 month contract to help us deliver a wide variety of open space projects.
In this position you will work within the Open Space and Recreation Planning team to gain experience in:
Project management and coordination
Managing contractors and consultants
Landscape design development
Community consultation
Preparing construction documentation
Contract administration and construction supervision
This role requires you to develop these skills to actively contribute to the delivery of open space and recreation projects with a key focus on consultation and liaison with the community, customers, contractors, suppliers and staff across the organisation to ensure coordinated and collaborative project outcomes.




To be considered for this role you will need to have:
A Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS Suite (Indesign and Photoshop)
An understanding of project management and the design process from concept to delivery
The ability to interpret and develop landscape design, design development and construction drawings
A valid full (unrestricted) driver's licence in accordance with South Australian requirements
Some practical prior experience (desirable but not mandatory).
