About The Role
As a member of this team, you will be part of a Workday Implementation experts who deliver technology solutions that help organisations realise the power of integrated, cloud‐based capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, strategise, and manage Workday integration landscapes for organisations across the globe.
Design and deliver future‐ready integration solutions with Workday to optimise HR and Finance functions.
Lead end‐to‐end delivery of Workday integration solutions, ensuring alignment to client business and technology strategies.
Define integration architecture and strategy, guiding complex system landscapes and enterprise‐wide transformations.
Engage senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
Oversee design, build and testing activities, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.
Manage and mentor teams, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight across consultants and analysts.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging new Workday capabilities and integration technologies.
Own delivery governance, including financials, resourcing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
Support business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and solution shaping.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work onsite 4 days per week.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (if required).
Skills And Qualifications




Extensive experience delivering Workday Integration Solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience in leading delivery teams and managing client relationships within consulting or enterprise programs.
Strong expertise in Integration Technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, middleware, web services).
Ability to define architecture and strategy, with strong problem‐solving and commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior leadership.
Experience in driving delivery governance, financial management, and risk control.
Additional Preferred Attributes
Workday Integration certification (preferred).
Robust consulting background with demonstrated leadership across multiple projects.
Experience working across HRIS or Finance transformation programs.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidate must be anAustralian Citizenwith current or ability to gainBaseline Security Clearance.
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
